Here are a few important things we want you to know

Begin with Discovery: Your AMOVIDA Welcome Session

Designed to introduce you to our studio's unique approach. Here, we'll explore your fitness ambitions, guide you through our space and help you choose the best options for you from our fitness menu. We will also cover essential safety and operational information which ensures a smooth and happy experience for everyone. Once you've purchased your intro pack, you'll receive a link to book this essential session. We encourage you to schedule your other sessions as well, but please ensure your intake session is completed first – it's key for your enjoyment, our peace of mind, and insurance purposes.

Pre-First Session Arrival

Before your first session, here's what you need to know: Aim to arrive 15-20 minutes early to ease into the AMOVIDA experience – this allows you time for parking, changing if needed or just hanging up your coat and changing your shoes. Your trainer will have time to go through any specifics you need to know, especially important for our group classes with equipment.  Please note, for our group classes and small group PT, for everyone's safety and to maintain our class flow, if you're not checked in 10 minutes before your session, we'll kindly ask you to reschedule. This does not apply to personal training.

Feeling a Bit Anxious About Attending Classes?

No worries! Request a 15-minute one-on-one technique session before class, and we'll happily guide you through the basics. Remember, it's natural for new equipment and techniques to feel unfamiliar at first, but you'll soon feel like a pro. Need a bit more help? Just ask your instructor – they're always ready to lend a hand.

Be gentle and patient with yourself! Our mantra is to excel in the class, not to be overwhelmed by it. Your first experience with something new might feel scrappy, but it's all part of the learning process. Listen to your body, engage with your trainer, stay for the recovery work, keep hydrated, and yes, arriving early really does make a difference. Embrace each step of your fitness journey with us and visualise where you’ll be in a year!
